I'm trying to upgrade a Bluemix Ticket in IBM Client Sucess Portal https://support.ibmcloud.com/Support/5377/5383/en-us/Portal/Index
I did Sign In using my bluemix user and password, when i enter to web site suppor portal, the page doen't show me any content.
I tried to use mozilla, chrom and explorer, on differents computers. And i delete the cookies and cache.
Does anyone had a similar issue? How can i solve it?

@EdgarMelo For Bluemix, I would only use the IBM Client Success Portal to view tickets and not manage them. That is a Bluemix-specific statement and does not apply to IBM on-premises products.
Instead, we document the process to use for escalating ticket in the Bluemix documentation at the following URL: https://console.bluemix.net/docs/support/index.html?pos=3#contacting-support
It says:
Escalating a support ticket
With standard or premium support, if you have not received a timely response to a support ticket, or if you feel that a support ticket is not being addressed appropriately, you can escalate the support ticket. Through the support ticket escalation process, IBM management reviews your concerns and works with you to improve the support experience.
To submit an escalation request, complete the following steps:
Open a new support ticket with the summary Escalation Request.
To ensure that your escalation request can be matched with the original support ticket, include the following information in the body of the ticket:
The ticket number of your open support ticket that needs escalation.
A brief summary of the reasons that escalation is needed.
