Active VM not available by IP

I create and started LinuxONE General purpose VM. In Control Panel of Community Cloud i see: Cloud Status: OK VM Status ACTIVE

But IP address not accessable by SSH or ICMP.

I sent the letter to linux1@us.ibm.com with details but not yet answer receive.

How i can manage my VM?
