automatic attached document to candidate profile
I would like to automatically attach a certain document to a candidate when he is invited to an interview.
As for now I can attach it from the candidate profile via actions -> create document and then I can print that pdf. Afterwards it is attached to the candidate and I can save it on my PC or print it. To attach that pdf document I need to make a lot of clicks and as it is needed for many candidates (certain conditions for that apply), it would be easier if a trigger could create that document automatically and attach it to the candidate. Would that be possible?
Hello, You can create a RAM that would attach a document (form) to a candidate portal upon entering a certain HR Status.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, currently RAM does not support this functionality. It would be great if you could submit an RFE so this can be consider for future system enhancements.
As a work around, I suggest for you to create a candidate form and include all the information included in the desired document. You do have the ability to automatically post candidate forms to your candidate portal. If not ideal, this could help you save some time.

Hi, thank you for your explanation! Can you explain what the candidate portal is? I have the feeling that this is not the area where I want to have that document... It should be just attached to the candidate profile, so that recuriter and line managers (if the receive an eLink for that document) are able to open and to print that pdf.

Hi Sally, thank you for sharing that link, it's very useful! Unfortunately, that's not what I'm looking for. We want to have this candidate form automatically attached to the candidate profile (so the area where the recruiter can see his/her CV, certificates, address and so on). This candidate form should be attached as an PDF, so that the recruiter is able to print it and take it to a face to face interview. As for now, I can attach of course this candidate form as a PDF to the candidate profile (via actions -> create document -> chose our candidate form), but this takes a lot of clicks for the recruiter, so we are looking for an automatic solution. Is that technically possible?
