Why am I getting message CRIMC1085E from Installation Manager when installing the z/OS Explorer Aqua V3.1 (Eclipse Neon 4.6) and CICS Explorer V5.4 or V5.3?
I added the following aqua3.1 link to the repository but I'm not sure if this is correct:
http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.1/

I was able to connect to the Aqua V3.1 repository site using Installation Manager V1.8.3. When searching on error message CRIMC1085E from Installation Manager, all lead to network firewalls blocking the site or proxy servers blocking access.
In this case, the customer confirmed that after configuring a proxy server within Installation Manager by using File> Preferences > Internet > FTP Proxy or HTTP Proxy that Installation Manager was successful connecting to the aqua3.1 repository site and installing CICS Explorer V5.3 or V5.4.
