I was wondering if you could let me know how i could assign the probing level on docplex

You have to set this parameter. In docplex parameter can be set for example via docplex.mp.model.Model.parameters, see also the documentation of the Model class.

I can select the link without problem. Can you please try again, maybe the server was down temporarily or there was some sort of connection problem.

In case you still cannot access it, the parameter is called

mip.strategy.probe

in Python.
