I got a (message code: 53e) "outside US". How long should it take to contact me to proceed the download process ? It's been hours till now, is this normal ?
I get this error as well. I live and work in WV...for IBM and it's in my profile too. This one is an improvement on the update profile loop I was on. Someday.

I am not sure who owns this process, but I will inquire about this error message to try to find out information and resolution time for export restriction reviews.
