I have a couple of RTM alerts which will monitor the LSF jobs and an alert trigger for an user if the job measure runs over a threshold. However, the user name and the mail box not same in most time.
For example, Unix user ghzhang has a mail box like bjzgh@my.com.
How to over come the difference?

When you enable the " Notify Job Users" in Console->Management->Alert->$AlertName->General, the alert system will send a mail to you username@domainname where username is the unix username who submit the job and the domainname defined in the Console->Management->cluster->$ClusterName->Advanced->LSF Cluster Email Domain.
If the username is not same with the mail box name, you need assist from the metadata. You can import or create user meta in the Console->Configuration->Metadata setting. And then you can enable the meta data in the Console->Configuration->Setting->Alerting/Thold:
You need select "User Notification Method" as "Mail to Metadata Address" You also need to select the "MetaData User Email Column" as correct column to use for the Email address.
