SPSS20 Authorization code
Dear Sir or Madame,
I have SPSSstatistics V20 installed on my Mac and initially used a free version from the university. Afterwards I could simply buy a code online since I already had the software on my laptop.
After a long time of not using SPSSstatistics, I cannot access it and I need a new authorisation code. However, I do not have my old one anymore. How can I use the software again?

Dear Pia,
do you have the chance to check with your university again for the old authorization code, or maybe you can get a new one from them? Did you buyed a license afterwards? If yes, do you have any ICN (IBM Customer number) so we can identify you as a customer?

the only thing I have is the lock code which is 10-42A3A. Does this help? I cannot check with my University again since I got the version in my Bachelor and am now in my Masters at a different university.

Dear Pia,
the locking code is only the machines hardware code which you would need to license with the SPSS authorization code. If you don't have the authorization code from your old university, maybe your new university can provide you with an authorization code? Without authorization code you can't license your software currently.
