SPSS Licensing not working - code provided by university
I was given an authorization code from my university. Unfortunately there seems to be an error once this is entered, and then I am prompted to seek an activation code via email. Upon doing this and receiving the code, it appears to work properly, but then I receive another error message telling me that the license is invalid either due to the date and time of my system or due to other errors.

On which operating system you have installed? Which SPSS version you have installed?
Please provide below information as well:
-your 20 digit authorization code you used for licensing
-the lock code of your machine (this is displayed on License authorization wizard
or you go to installation directory, for example for version 25 the path on Windows is:
C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\25
locate a file called echoid.exe. Right click on the file and select 'run as administrator' what is the locking code being displayed?
-Also on the same directory locate a file called LSERVRC and open it in a text editor.
