I just downloaded IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription Trial for Microsoft Windows 64-bit. Where can I find the file to start SPSS?

You downloaded file: SPSSStatisticsSub_Setup_x64.exe
then you need to right click on file SPSSStatisticsSub_Setup_x64.exe and select 'run as administrator' to install SPSS Statistics subscription software.
After installtion you can open the program via program shortcut on programs on start button : IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription program shortcut.
