After setting up the direct attachment of the user transaction using HTTP requests (eliminating the CWXN transaction), I began to see many tasks suspended in CAKSWAIT waits. Many times this leads to the CICS region going MAXTASK. Is there maintenance I need or another requirement I might be missing to make this work successfully?
