SPSS .exe file
I am trying to install IBM SPSS 24.0. However, exe file is not working, it is showing an error Host_SingleInstance
It is showing this error sometimes "an error has occurred on the script on this page"
If your computer is connected to the internet you just launch the license authorization wizard of the SPSS 24 installation (Start - Programs) and use your 20 digit authorization code .
Then the license code is automatically created and inserted into a file called LSERVRC on SPSS 24 installation directory.
If your computer is NOT connected to the internet, then we need your authorization code AND the lock code of your Windows 7 machine. The lock code is displayed on license authorization wizard of SPSS 24 and looks like 4-12345 .
With that information we can create a license code manually.
I have authorization code and lock code. I emailed that to spssls@us.ibm.com, however I did not receive the reply.

Please provide more information:
what is the exact name of the installer file you used? What is the size of the SPSS installer file?
On which operating system you have installed?
What is the exact error message you get and on which step you get it?
Please also attach a printscreen picture of the error

I do not know this error and we have never seen it. Please provide the above information.

Windows 7 enterprise, 64 Bits system
there are more erros if i click yes on above screenshot. And I get this error message when i click exe file.
SPSS version is Premium faculty pack 24.0 Academic

Please ask the third party vendor JourneyEd for a correct installer file for the SPSS software.
Yours seems definitely to be corrupt.
Normally the installer file name is SPSS_Statistics_24_win64.exe. You need to right click on this file and then select 'run as administrator'.
Thank you so much, I could download from the different link. Now, I have installed the software, and email the Authorization code to spssls@us.ibm.com but did not receive the license authorization. I emailed yesterday.
