Candidate buik Upload language error
I am trying to upload candidate information into brassring and the error message indicates: "Language" field exceeds max length, "Language" not a valid language for this client, valid languages are 2 or 3 characters (standard ISO codes). I have tried deleting the language column, however get an error that it needs language column. Tried putting language as "en" or "eng" but same result as error. Any idea how to fix this so I can upload data?

If you are using US based English and that is what is enabled for your site, the language code should be EN. If you are using International English, the code would be GB.
If these are not working for you, please open a PMR with the Global Support Center, so that they can look into the exact details of the file you are attempting to upload and your site configurations. The preferred method would be through the Support Portal, but you may also contact them via phone, and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.
