HI OnnoSPSS the issue happened because your authorization code was already used 2 times for computer with the following lock-codes (=hardware ID created during SPSS install): 4-237E6, 4-23484
should we remove one of these licenses or both? With the reactivation you are able to use your code one more time for the new activation. Thanks, Adri
