My OMEGAMON for CICS started task is getting the following error messages:

What is causing these messages to show up in my RKLVLOG?
Answer
If the OMEGAMON for CICS starts up at the same time as the hub TEMS, and it tries to contact the hub before the hub TEMS is fully initialized, it will not be able to retrieve the CICSPlex information.
OMEGAMON for CICS will continue to try contacting the hub TEMS, it will retry every 5 minutes. This may also be due to the application support not being installed in this TEMS.
