How can I validate the list of CICS region in KCPRGNS workspaces are correct?
Answer
Ensure APAR OA54886 is installed. Follow the following checklist:
Login to the enhanced 3270UI
Tools--->1. I Trace (User Interface)--->1. B Basic UI Flow of Control
Go to the workspace KCPRGNS
Execute the following modify commands on OMEGAMON XE for CICS agent:
/F OMPC5,OC STATUS,CICSPLEX
/F OMPC5,OC DISPLAY,PLEX=OMEGPLEX
5.Tools--->1. I Trace (User Interface)--->10. X Turn All UI Trace Off
Provide the following
a. New screen capture showing the KCPRGNS workspace with the region missing
b. Screen capture from TEP showing the CICS region, which includes the missing CICS region(s)
c. TOM sysprint containing the trace you enabled above
d. Output of the two commands from 4 above:
