OMEGAMON CICS CUA panel KC2Y01D for monitoring CICS Transaction rate shows the range in panel for Total transaction from 0---300 but some time transaction rate goes beyond 300, how can I change the value on the display panel from 300 to 600?

KC2Y01D is an OMEGAMON II for CICS CUA panel and cannot be modified/customized.In addition consider also that such OMEGAMON CUA interface is not more strategic (already dismitted in V550) so definitively no much chance to improve that .
You have two options:
1-The best one is to use the new e3270UI interface .This is what development is currently focus on and this is where customers are encouraged to go. In case you are already using it you may do the following:
specify "R" next to a CICSplex, then in the KCPPSLA panel
specify "S" next to Service Class, the KCPPSLD panel will show the Transaction Rates for each transactions for that service class.
OMEGAMON provides default service classes: TRAN=A*, TRAN=B*, TRAN=C*... you can configure your own classes if certain transactions are important.
2-Use the OMEGAMON CICS Classic command RATE with the following sintax
RATE THRESHOLD=1,LONGTERM=1,SCALE=100,UNIT=second
RATE command is documented in OMEGAMON CICS Classic manuals.
You may plan to build an OMEGAMON CICS Classic around it using the OMEGAMON Classc feature to
creat your own screen containg OM CICS commmand RATE .
