We purchased a one user license for SPSS16. The user getting a new PC and the license is not working on the new PC. Error #7001 There is no license for SPSS for windows, specific symptom number:18

Hi @LondonBoroughofMerton Thanks for providing your authorization code. The reactivation was successful. You can now use your code one more time to activate your SPSS Statistics 16.

Please note: run the installer as admin (right-click it and select "run as administrator"). SPSS 16 is not supported on newer operating systems like Windows 10.
