Question & Answer

Question

Is it possible to configure the FTP server to disallow non-TLS sessions?

Answer

You can force the FTP server to run in TLS secured mode only by using the statement SECURE_FTP REQUIRED.

This statement is valid for FTP servers if either EXTENSIONS AUTH_TLS or EXTENSIONS AUTH_GSSAPI is specified.
