I receive an error when retrieving a file from a box account using the app connect . The error message reads as "Memory limit exceeded for retrieve action Box Retrieve file." and User action is listed as " Contact IBM for further assisstance." The file is around 20 MB.

The operational limits of App Connect can be found here.
If the total memory usage of all the nodes in your flow is not likely to exceed the 100MB limit. Please check whether you have put the box node inside a For each
node with the parallel mode selected or a Batch process
node. They have a lower limit as described in the FAQ.
