We had a meeting with our Provider Recruitment team and they are having issues with getting many providers to create a profile in Kenexa. They would like to be able to upload a resume and send the provider their login information. Some providers are not great with computers, do not feel they have the time to do it, are not asked to by other companies, etc.
I was able to create instructions for their team on how to upload a resume and essentially create the profile, but I am unsure as to how they would be able to create the user name and password for these people. Is there a way to do that in Kenexa or how would they be able to login after the profile is created by our Recruiters?
