IBM SPSS Modeler Trial Not Allowing Install
Hello, I am attempting to install the trial of IBM SPSS Modeler for a class that I am taking. I registered with IBM and downloaded the install package (ModelerSub_Setup.exe). However, after the application installs and I'm asked to sign in, I get the following error: "Your IBMid does not have an IBM SPSS Staistics Subscription subscription. Please go to the IBM Marketplace to buy a monthly subscription." When I go to the IBM Marketplace, my account shows that I have an active "IBM SPSS Modeler Subscription Trial". I've waited about 20 hours since I first created the account and when I tried to install it again this morning. Any ideas as to what I need to do to get the trial of IBM SPSS registered and working? I can see your hidden e-mail address here on this page as moderator which is also the e-mail address used for the trial as IBM web ID

I do not see any conflicts for the account but restarted the workflow on server.

Forgot to mention that this issue is happening on Windows 10 (64 bit).
