Hello - We have an offer form (candidate form) available in 2 languages - English and French. If the form is completed in English and needs to be changed to French (or vice versa), we currently delete the English form so that a French form is added. Is there a way to change the completed form to French without needing to delete the English version? Thank you!
Hi Wande, You may need to copy the language specific questions in your offer form. Also you can hide French text fields for English version and vice versa.

Hi,
It looks like the offer form is a single per candidate per ref form which means that only one can be attached to a candidate per req at a time. There isn't a way to just swap the language of a completed form (that I'm aware of) and because it's a single candidate per req form a candidate also can't have both an English and a French version of the same form completed at the same time.
It sounds to me like you are already using the best practice based on the form type and scenario. If this is a major roadblock to your process you could explore changing this form to a multiple per candidate per req form but because of this being an offer form that could have more negative downstream effects than positive.
Please let me know if this doesn't answer your question. If it does can you please be sure to mark this question as answered when you are able?
Thanks.
