WebSocketSharp Setup for Watson SDK in Unity

I'm very new to Watson and Unity. I can get ExampleStreaming working in the Watson SDK. However, the other examples give me websocket related errors. Do I have to purchase the WebSocket4Unity in order to use this feature?

Did you create credentials on the IBM Cloud for the services? You will need to enter those to get the examples working.
