The Lic manager server v9.0 is installed on VM. Because the VM has a problem and uses the snapshot to restore. But all the authorization information disappears. What should we do?

@octavia Probably the lock code changed. VM is only supported for license manager if the lock code is stable. If it changes after reboot or snapshot the license will not work any longer. You may need another machine with a stable lock code and IP address and need to have your authorization code reset as concurrent codes can only be activated once.

I removed the code from public view. The code is a concurrent code for release SPSS 20, and not 21.
This code (that begins with 682axxxxxxxxxxxx) is now reset and can be used again to license on license server.
Yes, officially neither SPSS 20 nor version 21 are supported anymore.
