Dear friends, I use SPSS 25 on my MacBook. The problem shows up with SPSS 25 in my Windows Parallels version as well as in SPSS on iOS. When I copy values from one variable and copy them into a second variable (independently of format, e.g. date, digits or strings), occasionally but regularly the data for the respective cases messes up completely, that means that all values for the cases I just worked on show dots, question marks, at-signs or random numbers (...., ????, @@@, 3482734891). I have worked with SPSS for approximately 5 months without ever facing this problem, only in the past two weeks in started showing up. Please if anyone has an idea of what could be the problem, your helpful clues will be much appreciated. Have a wonderful day! Mundele

Please find a screenshot of the data messed up after pasting (it seems to be related to pasting but I am not sure). Thank you!
