Question
My CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS) transaction is experiencing high CPU. I am running Top Secret from CA Technologies. The SYSTRACE in the dump shows Top Secret code doing work for each ICSF call. The module that gets called every time is TSSMVS2.

CA Technologies fixes are documented in the circumvention of CA Technologies solution SI00733 - AES256 CPU INCREASE DURING RACROUTE VERIFY PSWD IN CICS :
Apply APARs SO00168 and SO00169 if you plan to implement AES256 encryption in CA Top Secret R16.0.
