Hi,
I had a extension published on the Exchange a few years back as my business started a IBM partnership. It used to have this link:
Now my clients complain they can't find my app on the Exchange? What could be the possible causes?
And what happens to the clients who already had my app installed via the Exchange? Will my app still working? It works on my test environment since I deployed it locally.
Please help!

Hi @Jlock,
Sorry to hear you're having issues finding your app. That URL does look a bit off, the parameters don't look like they belong to the extension.
Could you give me some details about the extension, for example the name, and what brand (e.g. QRadar) it was published under? I can try and track it down in our database.
Kind Regards, Greta

Hi, @Greta,
Thanks for replying.
The extension full name is D3 Security IT Forensics Case Management for Incident Response. It was published under QRadar SIEM. It was validated according to a blog at that time:
Please advice. Regards
