I want to modify the default content that appears in the Site Manager area.

Looking into the documentation I have found that, in theory, it's possible create a new toolbar page (ibm.portal.toolbar.isToolbarPage=true) and set it as the default content for that area (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSYJ99_8.5.0/dev-theme/themeopt_toolbar_frames.html).

The documentation explain that the Toolbar Context Root label has a property named ibm.portal.toolbar.defaultTabURI.primary that can be set to nm:oid: to establish that page as the default frame content.

But, it's not working. The page is loaded but at the end the original default content appears. I think the documentation is not complete. Does anybody configured this in any way?
