Recently think about the Streams' High Availability, as the six manage services can be distributed on several nodes, assume that one node is failed, even the hardware is unavailable, then we can dynamically add a new server to the GPFS cluster.

Then, Can the new server dynamically add to the streams instance and how to set the failed manage service running on this new adding node?

Or, can the failed manage service be transferred to another existing active node? How to do it ?
