What is the procedure for sending a VSE dump to IBM support?
Answer
Customers should send dumps in Binary format. Binary format is required for z/VSE dumps. The record length specified should be Fixed 4112.

NOTE: In the PDF instructions above the customer must enter the following command prior to the 'BIN' command: "quote site unix off"
