Hi community:
My company is facing the following scenario, sometimes ours backends become slow and we need to reject some trafic depending on a value from body inside SOAP Request. Akamai is doing this logic now (Value: 1, 2 or 3), when just data with value number 3 goes into ours backends; 1 and 2 are rejected, but Akamai takes a lot time doing this task.
We want to do it in Datapower, as per an IBM expert SLM could helps us but reading about it, the approach is another one. Could Datapower take this requirement?
Regards

SLM would be an approach in DataPower, you can have a SLM Policy, inside have multiple SLM Statements, each with their own Resource Class of XPath Filter. Then the XPath can define what messages are accepted or rejected.
