To confirm that these fixes will resolve your problem, you will need the dump of the abend 0C4. Enter IPCS command VERBX DFHPD710 'KE=1' (where "710" is for CICS TS 5.4) to display the Kernel error domain. At the time of the abend, you will see transaction CWXN is running and its stack looks like:

If you enter option 1 from the IPCS primary option menu to Browse the dump data set starting at the PSW address in the Breaking Event Address (BEAR), 2D8EE56C in this case, then scroll backwards until you find the eyecatcher of the failing module. You will see that the BEAR points to a CA Top Secret module:
