Hi, We are in the process to move our ibm-spss licensing service to another server. We have installed the server software, but when we try to activate the licenses, we get the following error for 3 out of 4 authorization codes: "Authorization in progress ... (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) Authorization failed. You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses."

Can you reset the codes, so that we can activate them on the new server? Also, on the old server we have a total of 5 licenses - but we can only manage to find 4 auth. codes. The person who configured the ibm spss licensing service on the old server has quit, long time ago. Is there any way we could get hold of that last code from you?
