Had brought SPSS 20 and had been using it since on laptop and desktop. Recently formatted both of my computers and need to reinstall SPSS to work. But the license authorization wizard gives me an error: "Authorization failed.: You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses" I emailed spssls@us.ibm.com (no answer) and called the number (support ended) but no resolution. Please help. Thank you.
