The question is answered, right answer was accepted
I need a license code for SPSS 23 Ctables. I've got an authorization code. I've sent an e-mail to spssls@us.ibm.com to get the license code, but I don't get a response. Any help?

Thank you for the authorization code and lock code on private reply. I see for this authorization code and lock code 4-22A50 the below license code was already created on 6. February, so i assume the automated response to your e-mail went to SPAM
below is your license code. It will only work for the machine with above lock code 4-22A50. Please use the complete license code below on license authorization wizard or put the license code into the license file LSERVRC on SPSS 25 installation directory.

The code is for:
IBM SPSS Custom Tables Authorized User V 25
IBM SPSS Statistics Base Authorized User V 25
hope this helps

Bettina
Hi Bettina,
I used the license code in the authorization wizard and I can see that it was accepted. It's also in the LSERVRC-file afterwards (at least the part before the #). But it's doesn't unlock the Ctables add-on in SPSS.
Any advice?
@SligroSPSS
You do not see the menu Analyze - tables - Custom tables?
what if you run the syntax command
SHOW LICENSE.
When only the base module is listed on output you may have wrong entries in the LSERVRC file.
The code is definitely for base and custom tables
Hi Bettina,
When I use the syntax SHOW LICENSE. I see licenses for SPSS Statistics and SPSS Statistics Base, but not Ctables.
If I open the LSERVRC-file I can see 3 licenses, including the one you gave me. The part: # "1200" version "250", expires Midnight of Jan 31, 2032, exclusive doesn't show in the license code you gave me, beacuse it's written behind another license code.
Should something be altered in the LSERVRC-file?
Thanks for your help.

Yes, we can create the license code for you manually, if you provide your existing 20 digit authorization code and the lock code of the machine to us.
The lock code is displayed on step 2 of the license authorization wizard of SPSS 23.
To check your code please post your 20 digit authorization code and lock code into the private reply I already send to you on this webpage. Please include @ sign followed by my display name on your answer, then I will get a notification. Private posts can only be viewed by you and the IBM moderators. Also, you need to be logged on to DWAnswers to see them. Sometimes a browser cache deletion or the use of a different browser is necessary to have private notes displayed.
Thanks Bettina
