Hi all,
My aim is to create a noise sensor, that will give some sort of output if a sound is recorded that exceeds a set noise level (the idea being it could potentially detect a car or a construction site that is too noisy etc).
I've found a node set (https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-media-utils) that contains a node that detects silence (FFmpeg Silence Detection), and I've been trying to use that to detect silences under a noise threshold that could then be inverted to show the noises above the threshold.
However, when I try and use it it gives an error, "FFmpeg failed to perform the conversion". And that's where I get stuck. I've had a google around but haven't been able to solve the problem. I'm inputting into FFmpeg Silence Detection directly from a microphone node so I don't think it's an issue with the input.
Any help would be much appreciated!
