Good morning
Yesterday my company gave me a new laptop and now I'm back to square one, reloading everything. We actually have 5 licenses for RDi, but I don't remember how I installed it. I just downloaded the trial version, figuring that will get me up and running until I can get the whole key situation figured out, but no one seems to know who I should contact for assistance with the keys. Does anyone here know who I might contact (and how to contact) someone who can help me get my trial version licensed? I'd really appreciate any input you might have!
Thanks!

There is no "trial version" of RDI, there his however the full product with a 120 day trial license. Most RDI users have an Authorized User license that you download in the form of an Activation Kit from the site where you have entitlement, either IBM Passport Advantage (PA) or IBM Entitled Software Support (ESS). Just sign in and look under software downloads for the RDI installer, license and associated products.
To get support for RDI, like asking this question, you can open a ticket at the IBM support portal: https://www.ibm.com/support/
PA https://www.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/pao_customer.html
ESS https://www.ibm.com/servers/eserver/ess/ProtectedServlet.wss
