I've had the below issue before. We're having it with another one of our licenses when reinstalling Windows. Can you please PM me and I can provide the Authorization Code for you to enable more activations?
I'm trying to move our SPSS 19 license on to a different computer. I've uninstalled it completely from the previous computer, but when I try activating it on the new computer it comes up with this error message (where XXXXXXXXX is the authorisation code.) Authorization in progress ... (XXXXXXXXX) Authorization failed.: You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses. End Of Transaction. All permitted authorizations for the provided authorization code(s) have been utilized. No additional authorizations are permitted on this code. If you think this is an error, please contact SPSS Inc. Customer Service at spssls@us.ibm.com (http://www.spss.com/custsrv) with your product and purchase details. Click "Finish" to exit.
