Hi experts!
My Qradar primary HA host status is unknown while secondary is Active. I want to switch back to primary. Please let me know how can I do it? I can see the below status in License Management window: Primary status: Unknown Secondary status: Active
Further, when I try to connect root user using my Virtual IP, it connects to secondary host. But I can successfully ssh to primary host from secondary. But when I try to cd (change directory) to /store on primary host, I get below error message:
"The High Availability on this host is currently failed. Please remove the hidden token /opt/qradar/ha/.local_ha_failed before doing any high availability recovery".
Kindly help me to recover my primary host as "Active" and secondary as "standby"

Hi @MFaruqi,
If you have a failed primary host, or a primary host with unknown status you have to restore it.
You can also check with support if you have the maintenance subscription.
For the procedure check :
Hope this helps, Regards@zoldax
