Node.js in CICS - U4039 abend

I get a U4039 abend when running Node.js v8.x CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS). Looking in the CEEDUMP (CEEDUMP DD in the JES output). I see the following message:

CEE3501S The module CXXRT64 was not found

Answer

To fix the abend 4039 and message CEE3501S for module CXXRT64, ensure your have the prerequisite z/OS Language Environment maintenance applied:

z/OS 2.2: PTFs UI62788, UI46658, UI62416 (APARs PH10606, PI79959, PH10740)
z/OS 2.3: PTFs UI61308, UI61376 and UI61747 (APARs PH07107, PH08353 and PH09543)
