Hi guys.

I'm trying to use Datacap Webservices API and the method GetBatchList allows columns filtering but there is no documentation regarding the operators allowed. Can anyone tell me which operators i can use?

If "operators" mean "users/user accounts in Datacap", I believe you know the answer.

By operators i mean the operators for the filters that we can apply. databaseField=Operator|Value

I believe the best venue for a question like this is to open a case to support team. In the meantime, if your intended filtering is not too complicated, as long as it's not date filtering, you should be able to try some simple operators and confirm it.
