SPSS Statistics trial win64 installer showing nothing

I downloaded the SPSS Statistics Free Trial, but when I executed the .exe installer, it returned a installation window of blank.

Please make sure that you have uninstalled previous versions of SPSS and have only trial on your computer.
IBM SPSS Statistics Trial software offers a free trial version for 14 days. It doesn’t require any license codes but must be used with your IBM ID and an active Internet connection. Trial version ALWAYS needs to have Internet access which your admin must grant for you if needed. Also your firewall and proxy server settings must allow access to these licensing URLs: https://spsslicensing.mybluemix.net/ and https://spsssub.ibm.com/licsrv/ Moreover you or your admin needs to check your firewall settings and make sure the processes below have been white-listed: jxbrowser-chromium.exe and stats.exe
