As I know, an upgrade from 5.2 to 5.5 from weblogic to websphere means to re - install everything and deploy on websphere export the data and import them. It could be really very well done once you ask somebody from IBM ECM Services based on an IBM Service contract. The cost estimation are depending on the customer data storage, servers type and IBM support licenses. As I know IBM will not accept to take care of other applications you have on your weblogic.
