Unable to activate license code for SPSS 26 for new mac.
I have a new mac and I am unable to activate a new license code for SPSS v. 26.0. I have worked with IT at my school without success.
Please provide more information:
On which exact Mac operating system version you have installed? Click on Apple symbol and then "About this Mac" to see the version
What is the error message you get for the code?
What is your existing 20 digit authorization code for SPSS you used?
What is the lock code of your Mac? The lock code is displayed on step 2 of the license authorization wizard
Please post your 20 digit authorization code and answers on above questions into the private reply I already send to you on this webpage.
