Please follow the next steps for manual license activation:
1) Run a text editor as administrator (it can be Notepad, right click and Run as administrator).
2) File > Open and check if lservrc file in SPSS Statistics v26 installation directory (probably C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\26). If it is there, open lservrc file and paste the license code that I have sent under private post.
3) If there is no lservrc in that directory, paste the license code into text editor and save with lservrc name to SPSS Statistics v26 installation directory.
4) Go to File Explorer and go to View tab. Then mark the option 'File name extensions'.
5) Get back to SPSS Statistics v26 installation directory and check if the file lservrc has any extension (such as txt, rtf, etc.). If so, delete the extension and keep it as lservrc (WITHOUT an extension).
6) Run SPSS Statistics v26.

Could you provide your 20-digit authorization code and your locking code by replying the private post which I am going to send you soon.

How to find a locking code?
Open echoid.exe file which is found in your SPSS Statistics installation directory, probably this file is in C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\26\ (Right click on echoid.exe > Open as Administrator). A valid locking code starts with 2-, 4-, 8-, or 10-.

Sorry but this is an invalid lock code. For this lock code no code can be generated. A lock code can only look like on those examples (4-, 10-, 8- or 2-): 4-12345 or 10-12345 or 8-12345 or 2-12345 go to C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\26. Locate echoid.exe and right click on the file. click "Run as administrator" What do you see on screen?

After that, I will generate a license code for valid lock code and assist you for manual license activation.

Hi @EgeOr I changed the number from from 0x004 to 0x010 but, it does not allow me to save the file with the same name. It says "access is denied"

Way 1: Save echoid.dat file to your Desktop and copy back to SPSS Statistics v26 installation directory.
Way 2: Run Notepad as Administrator and File > Open > echoid.dat

Note that this authorization code is for SPSS Statistics v22 and it will not work with SPSS Statistics v26. Please make sure about the authorization code and the version you install, then we can move forward on the issue. Otherwise, the license code what I am going to provide you, will not help you to activate the product.
