Hi All,

I have a generic application process step to create a ticket for the deployment and I want to execute that step only once for each version. Since I have two data centers and multiple servers in each data center, the deployment process flow (Application & component)may execute multiple times, but I want to make sure that the the ticket creation happen only once for each version even if i do a redeploy of the change. Could you please help me to solve this problem.
