BlueMix login issue

Question by NitinDhotre  (1) | Feb 21, 2014 at 07:41 AM devops-servicesjazzhubibmcloud

I registered at BlueMix site- http://ace.ng.bluemix.net/ . After completion of registration, When I try to login then I get form for accepting terms and conditions. Though I accept it and submit, it says "You have already applied for registration".

Thought to clear browser cache and to try one more time. So did it. Then too same issue.

I guessed that my id has been created and something wrong with site. So created sample application on JazzHub and when trying to deploy it to BlueMix it asking BlueMix credentials. After entering registered BlueMix credentials, it say's wrong credentials.

Can anyone help me regarding this issue please?

Hello Nitin,

For now you need to use your Jazz ID for JazzHub and your IBM ID for BlueMix. This is a temporary limitation that will be solved early in Q2. At present you log in to the JazzHub DevOps Services using a Jazz ID, and BlueMix with your IBM id and password. However you will soon be able to log into JazzHub using either an IBM id or a Jazz ID and you will be able to cross-link your ID's so that any work you have done at JazzHub under a Jazz ID is preserved under your IBM id going forward.

I just approved your IBM ID for access to the BlueMix beta. Check your email for instructions.

I'm part of the Bluemix team, unfortunately registration is not an area I can help on directly, but I have raised your problem to our registration team asking them to work on resolving it ASAP.
