Student Participation in Watson Mobile Developer Challenge

I want to ask for my group about Watson Mobile Developer Challenge. We are students at University who have a good idea for this contest and we are very passionate. Is it eligible for us to join this competition?

In short - yes! A couple tips on your application... (1) you need to register as a commercial entity vs. an individual to qualify for the end prize (so ensure you fill out 'company' when registering, even if you aren't incorporated etc.) (2) if you win, your group will need to officially commercialize to gain access to the prize
