I'm a member of Admins-Global Group, which is under Administrator Role members. But when I tried to delete a component template created by myself, I got the error saying: User does not have write permission to a ComponentTemplate: I checked the role of Administrator, it has Create, Edit and View permission. Not sure why it's complaining I don't have write permission.
I removed all of the components created by that template. Also I tried only create a new template without any component, also I can't delete it.
what does it say in your audit log on the server. It should look something like this
03/28/2014, 02:57 PM YOURUSER READ Assert Read ComponentTemplate YOUR Template Success
In the audit log on the server, it shows "Assert Read" success, but "Assert Write" failure. Is this a bug in urban code ?
Sounds like it. I tried deleting a template and didn't have any issues. we are on version 6.0.1.2.472060.
have any teams been added to the component template?
I also tried to create a new component template without a team, still can't remove it.
